 Contrarily to most PID controlled heat exchanger machines; the Aria TOP allows the user to set the brew temperate as opposed to the steam boiler temperature.  The controls will then adjust the steam boiler temperature to give the desired brew water temperature.  This also makes cooling flushes unnecessary!

Features:

• E61 Group Head: The E61 brew head design has been around for 50 years and is used in the majority of the high end home espresso machines.  It is known its reliability and temperature stability due to heavy brass head combined with a thermosyphon system keeping the group head hot.  
• PID Temperature Control:  The PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controller allows the user to precisely adjust the brew temperature and improve temperature stability.  It also doubles as a shot timer while brewing.
• Flow Control:  Allows the user to gradually vary the water flow inside the group until the highest pressure is reached. This way you can manually control every single phase of the coffee extraction to obtain the best possible result in the cup with every type of coffee blend.
• Rotary Pump: The commercial grade rotary pump draws from the machine's internal water reservoir or allows for the machine to have a direct water connection from the water supply.  The drip tray can also be connected to a drain for a full maintenance free setup.
• Joystick Steam and Water Wands: The joystick, also called lever or push valve, locks in position for immediate full steam power.
• Pressure Gauges: In addition to the dual pressure gauge for the pump and steam boilers, the Aria TOP features a manometer on the E61 group so you can also measure the real pressure on the coffee puck having a much more precise and accurate control of the coffee extraction.
• 1.5L Boiler: The Aria TOP features a 1.5L copper boiler with brass end plates and a heat exchanger (HX) allowing for espresso and milk steaming simultaneously.
• Water Sensor:  Boiler protection with auto-fill and water level control that cuts the power to the element if water is low,
• Beautiful Finish:  The stainless steel body combined with side panel cutouts and 3D textured logo on the back panel give the Aria TOP a refined and elegant look.
