This machine is brand new but had some damage during production. Minor wear on case. Steam wand looks discolored due to overheating. The drip tray had some small coating peeling, and has a very small amount of rusting. It doesn't look like it should spread further or become an issue other than cosmetic. The machine has been tested by our service team to ensure the product works and they have confirmed the internals are not damaged.
