At the heart of this machine is a dual boiler heating system. The boiler, for the espresso shot, is PID temperature controlled, while a separate steam boiler offers instant and powerful steam on demand. So you can extract your shot at the right temperature, delivering optimal flavour, while simultaneously steaming your milk.

• Volumetric controls: Program 2 doses to a precise volume of water to improve repeatability.
• Heated Group Head: Heated group head for brew temp control.
• Commercial Portafilter: The 58 mm chrome-plated brass portafilter is the most common portafilter size.
• Soft Pre-Infusion: An opulent, creamy and caramel colored espresso starts with low pressure pre-infusions, followed by a high pressure (9 bar) extraction process delivered via our 15 bar Italian pump.
• Brew Pressure Gauge: The brew pressure gauge displays brew pressure during extraction allowing the user to get immediate feedback on how to adjust grind coarseness, dosage or tamp pressure for a perfect shot of espresso.
• 3 Way Solenoid Valve: The three-way solenoid valve relieves the pressure in the portafilter immediately after pulling a shot.  This leaves the coffee puck dry, making it easy to clean and pull the next shot.
• Accessories Galore: The Dual Boiler comes with everything one needs to get started including tamper, backflush disk, Razor tool and even a milk jug.
