Approaching the AeroPress has become increasingly more complicated; what was once a simple apparatus for it's ease of use has now become a full-on complex brewing technique, inspiring competitions all over the world. Just like other manual brewing systems, there are many questions that people have; is it better to do a standard pour or inverted? What ratios are best for the AeroPress? What size do I need? How do I identify different tastes? How can I make my daily coffee even just a little bit better?

So, this class is just like coming into the store and having a cup of coffee with us. We'll get you started with the basics of how we brew, and throw in a couple additional tips based on what we're finding in the coffee, and cater a recipe towards what you're wanting out of your cup. 

We're here to help you every step of the way, and we brainstormed the best way to serve our community, which is to offer a fun, easy, and interactive "How-to" class for you to learn all about your coffee setup and enough basics to get you started on your barista journey!

What does this class entail? Here are a few features:

• We'll start by picking out a coffee that best suits what you're into, giving you full agency in this class
• We'll do a short introduction on tasting notes inspired by the chosen coffee, what to expect with our recipe, how to dial in for the AeroPress, and develop a recipe together to get the most out of your cup!
• This class is fully interactive, meaning you get to brew alongside the pros! With more than enough gear, we'll go through the recipe together to get a feel for it - then, we'll make adjustments to any of the variables we discussed, and then go in for a second round.
• Finally, we will do a tasting session of our coffee creations where we'll note the differences in each cup, developing our palate together and getting a good idea on how slight adjustments create the perfect cup!
