One of the biggest problems during coffee extraction for E61 and Pavoni lever machines is the high temperature of the group head.  The Coffee Sensor  temperature strips can be used as reference to decrease or increase machine and water temperature.  They will help you know the temperature of the group head when idle or when extracting or brewing specialty coffees or any type of coffee in general.

It has liquid crystal sensors or cells inside which will turn green and doing so, will indicate to the user the most accurate temperature of the metal / surface on which they were glued.
