The BREWT infuser is a revolutionary method for making your preferred hot or cold beverages through the ingenious combination of proper steeping, quality leaves, ground beans or cocoa powder and fresh hot water. Use and Care

Using the BREWT to make tea and coffee TEA: One teaspoon of loose leaf tea for every 8 oz of water. The BREWT calls for two tea spoons of tea and two cups, 16 oz of water. Add hot water at the tea-specified temperature and allow to steep. After the proper steeping time, set the BREWT onto your mug. The pressure from your mug raises the platform located on the bottom of the BREWT, opening a valve, releasing the tea into your mug.

COFFEE: Two to four tablespoons of coarse ground coffee and 16 oz hot water are added to the BREWT. Allow the coffee to brew for 4 minutes then lift the BREWT and set it onto your mug. The pressure from your mug raises the platform located on the bottom of the BREWT, opening a valve, releasing the coffee into the cup. We recommend using separate BREWT infusers for coffee and tea.

BREWT Care The unit is dishwasher safe, and can also be cleaned in a commercial sanitizer. But, with regular rinsing, the BREWT can be used multiple times between cleaning. Simply discard the steeped leaves into the compost, garburator or garbage and rinse under the tap. Make sure to fill the BREWT with tap water and press up on the plate at the bottom to fully rinse the valve. After prolonged use, the Eastman Tritan material and filter housing may discolor from the tea. Simply soak the BREWT in hot water and dish soda to remove the stain. For residential and light hospitality use, hot water with dish soap poured through the filter cleans the BREWT. For heavy hospitality use, a sanitizing rinse keeps the BREWT looking fresh and clean.
